IoEE Mentors is our member-to-member mentoring programme. An IoEE mentor is someone who has been there, done it and got the T-shirt. To become an IoEE Mentor you must first be able to prove that you have the required skills, knowledge and experience. We don’t want to discourage mentors, or put unnecessary barriers in the way of potential mentors, but we need to be sure that you have the key skills required to mentor other people at the crucial, early stages of starting and running their own business.

To help you, we’re working with the Get Mentoring initiative who provide a free training workshop which will give you an overview of the skills and knowledge we would expect an IoEE Mentor to have, these are in addition to our standard, full member criteria.
